Last week I found a photo booth on the street in Sydney, Australia and now it's not there.

Does anyone know where one might be?

Amy, the only one I remember is one on the Wynard Station ramp, another at Town Hall underground, and Central Rail I think. But I am talking a few years back now.

There probably are one or two at train stations but not as many as there used to be because the photos from photo booths are no longer acceptable for passports and the only legal ID anywhere is a drivers licence or a photo card and the RMS takes its own photos for those. There weren't enough loving couples and drunken party goers on the way home to make them worthwhile keeping open.

If you want a passport photo, most pharmacies have the cameras and machines to take and process the photos you need.

Maybe you can DIY a photo booth. I have seen some people just use an Ipad on a stand with a wireless printer. The app store has photo booth apps.

There was always one outside K Mart in the Hurstville Westfield shopping complex. I assume it's still there.
